I've got the bad experience from this hotel I've pay in advance for this hotel voucher the voucher printed you can use any time I've check the available room in my check in date many rooms are available but when I've make a phone call for reservation they said I can not use it because no quota for voucher Though many rooms are available. I've told them about this, they said we'll contact you back but no contact from them. The card was authorized my the hotel themself. I've make the phone call on the next day for the results but still no answer from their CRM or their manager of some plastic they called platinum card So I decided to cancle since I don't want to change or wait for their bad service. almost * us$ that I pay for low quality of service
