  Unfortunately i have to limit my experience to the 300 words only, believe me there is a lot to write down about this place you wouldn't believe! avoid it ...

  Unfortunately i have to limit my experience to the 300 words only, believe me there is a lot to write down about this place you wouldn't believe! Avoid it at all cost, doesn't matter what! 1) Terrible security: any walking in stranger can get the key of your room without even knowing your name! 2) Terrible working practice: you pay and get your receipt, a few hours later they will start pestering you with written messages under your door, costant phone calls even in the middle of the night, telling you that you have to pay again because you didn't, they will continue alternating the staff that play the part until you verbally abuse the manager, nothing else will work i am afraid 3) Horrible dirty "ethic" : They don't like to clean your room and in fact you will find written notes that try to make you feel guilty if you ask to clean your room, which in fact you will already find so dirty with any sort of disgusting things, the fish coming from the restaurant i am totally sure they fry it in the same oil used to fry pork!!! and the rest of it was ludycrosly expansive and mediocre in taste for what you pay 4) The firedrill was a total MESS and created PANIC because of problems they have with their PA system, how great! 5) You get a TV which should be in a museum and not an hotel room, probably 20-25 years old and looking even worse, in fact the REAL honest price for something like this should not go over * and you might still manage to find something better for that price 6) Ashtrays with matches on top just under the smoke detector in a no smoking room? = scam

  I expected better from an Accor hotel. They put us in the wrong room type and then dragged their feet in changing the room. The internet access charges are ludicrous (18 baht a minute, where any internet cafe offers access at 1 baht a minute).
